About This

  • Beautiful - Full color seed packet of Borage (Borago Officinalis) herb seeds. Attractive, easy to grow herb is a useful addition to any kitchen. Blue, star-shaped flowers and hairy leaves have a mild cucumber flavor and serve as a tasty garnish for salads. Excellent companion plant to strawberries, squash, and tomatoes. Minimum of 1g per packet (about 50 seeds).
  • Productive - Borage germinates in 7-14 days when soil temps are 55-70°F. Plant 1/4” deep and space 12” apart in an area with partial shade. This variety will grow 2-3’ tall with a spread of 10-16”. Flowers will mature in 60-80 days, plant in USDA Zones 3-10.
  • Fresh Borage on Hand - Imagine the delicious aroma and flavor of cucumber that fresh borage will add to your salads and sandwiches. This variety can easily be grown indoors in your kitchen or outdoors in the garden.
